The Board of Directors of Raffles Medical Group Limited ( "the Company" ) wishes to announce that Mr Pay Cher Wee has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company to pursue other interests. His service with the Company will end on 30 September 2006. The Board of Directors would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Pay for his contributions to the Company over the term of his employment.

The Group Financial Controller, Ms Kimmy Tay Kim Choon will assume Mr. Pay's duties.

Ms Tay is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom and has been with the Company for 13 years.

Mr Wee Jee Kin will assume the position of sole Company Secretary of the Group with effect from 1 October 2006.
