Manager, Healthcare Consultancy

As part of your team of healthcare consultants, you will consult in diverse areas including hospital planning, development and management of healthcare facilities, policy planning and review, and education and training.

You should have a recognised degree in Health Sciences/Business Management and relevant healthcare experience. You must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills, and a track record in project management. Those with international exposure will be preferred. You will be assigned overseas for short or medium term projects.

Project Manager

You must have strong technical background and knowledge of current IT tools, as well as the capability to enable and deploy these to have an impact on the business. Being a strong leader and communicator, you must be able to manage a team of technical staff and to work well at all levels in the organisation.

You should have a Bachelor or Master in IT/ Computer Science or related Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of work experience. In addition, you must have proven track record in project management and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

You will be responsible for managing the business and operations of a cluster of specialist clinics in Raffles Hospital. You will lead and motivate the team of clinic staff to achieve patient delight, a high professional standard, and cost-effective operations. You will also have responsibility for developing the business of the cluster to achieve financial targets.

You should have a recognised Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years' supervisory experience in healthcare or other service-related industry managing front-line operations. You must be self driven and able to work independently and will all levels of staff.

For candidates interested in the position in 24-Hour Emergency should have a recognized nursing degree with at least 5 yrs' experience in similar capacity or equivalent. Those with post-basic qualification in Trauma Management / Emergency Care would be an added advantage.
